Pressure, temperature, and media range according to the nameplate or instructions.
The use of fluorine lined valves to prevent excessive pipeline stress due to temperature changes, try to minimize temperature changes, and increase the U-type expansion joints before and after the valve.
Do not use levers to open and close the fluorine lined valves. Pay attention to the instructions for opening and closing the fluorine lined valves. Open and close gently, do not force the closure to prevent premature damage to the fluorine plastic sealing surface.
For some media that are unstable and prone to decomposition (such as media decomposition leading to abnormal pressure increase), it can cause valve damage or leakage. Measures should be taken to eliminate or limit the factors that cause the decomposition of unstable media. When selecting valves, consideration should be given to the potential changes in working conditions due to the unstable decomposition of the medium, and valves with automatic pressure relief devices and fluorine lining should be chosen.
For toxic, flammable, explosive, highly corrosive media pipeline fluorine lined valves, it is strictly prohibited to replace the packing under pressure. Although fluorine lined valves in the design of the sealing function, but also do not recommend the replacement of packing under pressure.
For pipelines with media prone to spontaneous combustion, measures should be taken to ensure that the ambient temperature and working temperature do not exceed the medium's spontaneous combustion point to prevent the risk of ignition from sunlight or external fire.

During the use of 9 fluorine-lined valves, the soft texture of the fluorine plastic sealing surface often leads to damage caused by solid particles from media crystallization, resulting in seal leakage. It is important to promptly identify and refurbish or replace the seals when such issues are found.
In use, some fluorine-lined valves are damaged prematurely due to high-speed media during flow rate adjustment. When encountering this situation, replace the seals promptly.
