5, for some media is unstable and easy to decompose (such as the decomposition of some media will cause volume expansion resulting in abnormal pressure rise) will cause damage to the valve or leakage, measures should be taken to eliminate or limit the factors that cause the decomposition of unstable media. In the valve selection, should take into account the unstable decomposition of the medium may cause changes in working conditions and choose to have automatic pressure relief device fluorine lined valves.

10, some fluorine lined valves in use as part of the opening of the flow rate adjustment, high-speed media leading to premature damage to the sealing surface, encountered this situation, to replace the seals in a timely manner.
11, fluorine lined valves in the flange generally do not add gaskets. If leakage is encountered at the center flange, the center flange nut can be tightened evenly to eliminate leakage. If the sealing surface of the center flange is damaged, repair the sealing surface and add the center flange gasket to solve the problem.
12, if the handle or handwheel rotation is not flexible or can not open and close the fluorine lined valve, can be appropriate to loosen the gland nut, the rotation is still not flexible may be skewed gland, to adjust the gland. After adjusting and loosening the gland can not be flexible to open and close the fluorine lined valves, should be disassembled to check, remove dirt, troubleshooting. When disassembling this type of fluorine lined valve, should pay attention to the fluorine lined valve pipeline is what medium, is used, or newly installed. If the medium used is toxic, flammable, explosive substances, the staff should wear protective masks and gloves, wear protective clothing in accordance with the operating procedures.
