Three eccentric hard seal butterfly valve features

For professional seal butterfly valve products, some structural differences may lead to differences in performance characteristics and there are some differences. The structure of three eccentric hard seal butterfly valve is characterized by the overall three eccentric structure. The axis of the valve stem (sealing interface with the butterfly plate) is in an offset position, and there is another offset dimension with the channel axis of the valve body. There is an eccentric angle between the axis of rotation of the valve seat and the axis of passage of the butterfly valve body. The difference between these three dimensions, and the existence of the angle, creates a triple eccentric structure.

　　The opening and closing of the triple eccentric hard seal butterfly valve also operates at a right angle of 90 degrees. At the moment of opening, the sealing interface of the butterfly plate can instantly detach from the sealing surface of the valve seat. No matter when opening or closing, the sealing interface between the valve seat and the butterfly plate will not produce any friction, wear and leakage. Besides this triple eccentric structure, there are also torque sealing structure and soft and hard laminated metal sealing structure. These two sealing structures also derive their action from the evolution of triple eccentricity. Between the two layers of the sealing pair, the driving force of the valve stem is added to produce a sealing effect. This structure will not have the aging phenomenon of conventional elastic valve seat. It greatly improves the service life of the butterfly valve and also features double sealing.
