The swing check valve adopts an internal rocker arm swing-type structure, where all the opening and closing components are installed inside the valve body without penetrating it. Aside from the middle flange area, which uses a sealing gasket and sealing ring, the valve is entirely free from external leakage points, eliminating the possibility of valve leakage. The connection between the rocker arm and the valve disc features a spherical connection structure, allowing the valve disc a certain degree of freedom within a 360-degree range, providing slight positional compensation. The swing check valve is used in pipeline systems, primarily to prevent backflow of the medium, reverse rotation of pumps and drive motors, and to prevent the discharge of the medium from containers. It can be installed horizontally or vertically and is suitable for cold water, hot water, industrial and domestic sewage networks. It is particularly suitable for submersible sewage pumps and media with temperatures ranging from 0 to 80°C.
